He is always only seen as a silhouette, just like his 765 Production counterpart.
Kuroi is considered to be the antagonist in the IM@S franchise. Having a large ego, he is an dishonest and hateful man when it comes to 765 Production. Feeling deep hatred towards Takagi for still unstated reasons, he does almost anything in his power to bring down the rival production agency, even when it means risking his own reputation.
Kuroi persuades people with money to get on his side, and even lies to the other party and spread rumors. However, Kuroi is also a very successful and wealthy man, which is the reason why his production agency is more well-known than 765 Production.
